Returns/Exchange Policy: No Refunds
Our company is proud of the high quality items we offer an will insure that you’d love your items.
However, things happens and you may need to exchange so we are happy to accommodate exchanges on items that have not been opened, tampered with or used.
Ruturns are excepted ONLY on unopened items within 7 days of receiving package.
We also ask that you contact us before returning item.
All items MUST be shipped back to us unopened.
Hair extensions , wigs and lashes MUST be in original packaging still sealed, if seal is broken we will not be able to issue refund.
Please do not unwrap, comb, brush , run fingers through , wear , or alter the hair in any way if you wish to receive an exchange!
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, we will ship your exchange item the next working business day.
- If you are denied, we will email you giving a full explanation why and explain the next step taken.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost unless mistake was made by our team.
Ex: received wrong item
Exchanges are ONLY excepted and shipping is FREE if our team made a mistake by sending wrong item.
We are not responsible for lost , stollen, and/or damage packages , after we process your packages, they sent off and are in the care of usps. If anything happens to your package please contact your local usps.
All packages come with tracking numbers
If you will not be home to receive your package on the expected delivery date/time usps offers other options to accommodate you so please do so with them.
